Day 17, August 8; Dinner

Cream, egg, and cheese, in a cup and set in boiling water to cook.  Delicious!

Aperitif: Czech Becherovka!

    Did you finish the eggs off in the oven to get the brown on top?

      Nope, that happened naturally while they were sitting in boiling water. I'm not sure if it's the cream or the egg that's getting a bit toasted, but it works!
